Service scope

Condo Owner Showcase is a marketing and presentation service. It creates a professional Showcase page for an individual condo or a small portfolio of up to nine condos.

Condo Owner Showcase does not manage properties, accept reservations, collect guest payments, act as a rental marketplace or replace an owner's listing platform, property manager, booking engine or rental agreement. Visitors are directed to the owner's own approved booking or inquiry path.

Owners are responsible for ensuring their Showcase content, photography, sharing and booking link comply with their resort, association or management-company rules.

Complete service terms — including pricing, renewal, hosting, revision and cancellation terms — will be provided before purchase.
