- WHAT IS A CONDO OWNER SHOWCASE?
- A professional, personal website created specifically to present one individual condo and its owner's story.
- DOES IT REPLACE MY CURRENT LISTING?
- No. It complements your existing booking or property-management page and can direct visitors to the booking path you already use.
- DO YOU MANAGE MY CONDO?
- No. Condo Owner Showcase is a marketing and presentation service, not a property-management company.
- DO YOU TAKE BOOKINGS OR GUEST PAYMENTS?
- Not unless a future approved product specifically provides that functionality. The standard Showcase connects visitors to the owner's existing approved booking or inquiry path.
- CAN I USE IT IF MY CONDO IS INSIDE A RESORT?
- Yes, provided the content, sharing and booking link comply with the resort's rules.
- WHAT IF MY RESORT WANTS MULTIPLE OWNERS TO PARTICIPATE?
- Programs involving 10 or more owners should explore Resort Owner Showcase.
- CAN I OWN MORE THAN ONE SHOWCASE?
- Yes. Small portfolios of up to nine condos may use Condo Owner Showcase.
- CAN I REVIEW IT BEFORE IT GOES LIVE?
- Yes. The owner reviews and approves the completed proof before release.
- WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
- Your photographs, basic property details, your current booking or inquiry link and short answers to a few storytelling questions.
- WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS?
- Many owners begin with their own photography. We will tell you which images work best and where additional photos would help.
- IS THIS A ONE-PAGE WEBSITE?
- The standard Showcase is presented as a single, well-organized page so visitors can read it start to finish without hunting through menus.
- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
- Timing depends on how quickly photos and details are provided. You will receive a proof to review before anything is released.
- WHAT ARE THE PRICES AND TERMS?
- Final pricing and service terms will be provided before purchase.
