Condo Owner Showcase grew directly from the Resort Owner Showcase concept. It was created after recognizing that individual owners face the same challenge as large resort communities: their condo may be available online, but the owner often lacks a professional way to explain what makes it personal, memorable and worth sharing.

A listing presents dates and rates. A Showcase presents the condo itself — the photography, the features, the destination and the owner's own words — in one professional link the owner can confidently share with family, friends, former guests and their wider network.

Condo Owner Showcase is a marketing and presentation service. It does not manage properties, take bookings or collect guest payments, and it does not replace an owner's existing listing, property manager or booking engine. It complements them.

Condo Owner Showcase was created by Patrick Hurley, founder of Hurley Media Consulting, drawing on 30 years of marketing, sales and business-development experience.
